During the initial consultation, we will sit one-on-one to discuss your health history, present concerns, and goals for holistic well-being. We'll explore your current diet, as well as your physical, emotional, and energetic characteristics to develop personalized herbal and/or food recommendations tailored to your needs and intentions. Within one day, you will receive these recommendations, along with a curated food list and recipes, via email or text message. If you choose, you can order a custom herbal formula from White Lotus Spiritual Healing for an additional charge.
During the follow up consultation we discuss your experience with the herbal or foods recommendations. At this time we may decide to modify your formula or dosage and we will coach you through the next step. I recommended that clients follow up at least once within a month of the initial appointment. Most clients will need to stay on an herbal formula for 3-6 months depending on the nature of the imbalance and how chronic the pattern is. I've been fortunate enough to have experienced IET, Reiki and Intutive Counseling services from Veronica. My absolute favorite and most transformative experience was the IET session. It's very relaxing and liberating. The changes in your life that naturally manifest soon after are something everyone should experience. Explaining it really doesn't do it any justice since the experience is different for everyone. However if you feel like you're stuck in certain areas of your life and need help pushing through, an IET session is highly recommended as a highly impactful start!
